Design Services

Before we ever start on any design and copywriting, we need to clearly define your target both demographically and geographically. Our clients answer some basic questions about their products and services, what makes them different and what they are willing to offer to bring in new business.

We can then help you to identify those benefits that distinguish you as a business. Your message must be developed around key selling points of your product and service. You must address WIIFM, or “what’s in it for me”. Although, for example, you may have been in business 20 years and have extensive training and numerous certifications, these alone are not going to make someone pick up the phone. You need to show how the customer will benefit (satisfy a want or need) from your products or services. It’s the “so what” question that needs to be answered. You also need to show them how you will eliminate their pain (since pain will remain without purchase/action). That means finding out exactly why your customers do business with you. How do you find that out? Just ask. When people are in emotional states (happy or sad), they’re much more receptive to direct response marketing.

Your customers and prospects need to know you’re trustworthy. They want to get to know you before doing business with you. They want to feel as if they have a relationship with you. We all get so many advertisements, bulk emails, commercials and sales letters that we become immune to the message.
So one of the biggest challenges for every direct mail promotion is credibility. If your audience trusts you, you are half way there. Credibility builders include testimonials, endorsements, credentials and documentation.

Add imagery that engages the audience. And then combine it with your compelling offer and call to action. With a professionally designed piece, you will stand out in the crowd!
