There are definitely a lot of advertising and marketing professionals out there, so how do you go about selecting the right one for you? Marketing yourself, and your company, is how you’re going to grow your business.

Before we can offer you an effective solution, we need to understand your business and your goals. And it’s not all about customer acquisition; you also need a strategy to market to your current customers. We talk to our customers about things such as the lifetime value of a customer, your average transaction size, the probability of a repeat buyer, how you currently generate leads, if you have any products that you up sell or cross sell, etc…

Once we’ve outlined your current needs, we will define a clear, identifiable, process that prioritizes those needs. While we make the process easy, we don’t offer a “cookie cutter” approach. Together we will determine how YOU want to work to achieve YOUR goals.

Your marketing efforts can’t be a “one time thing”, and together we will work on an overall strategy in order to achieve the best results possible.

In the end, you must see yourself as being in the marketing business first and foremost. There are plenty of high quality products and service businesses that fail because of poor marketing. On the other hand, even low quality products and services may thrive with the correct marketing. An easy example would be pizza restaurants like Pizza Hut or Domino’s. They are not successful because they have amazing pizza, any neighborhood pizza restaurant would outperform them in a taste test. Pizza Hut and Domino’s are successful because they focus on the marketing of their pizza. As direct marketing expert Dan Kennedy would say, to be successful in direct mail marketing you must see yourself in the marketing business, not necessarily the retail, dry cleaning, restaurant, or whatever business you are in.

There are so many firms out there who promise much and deliver little. Radius Connection is just the opposite in that they look at the whole project do what needs to be done and communicate any possible glitch that might occur long before it ever does. I appreciate having them as a partner.
They look at my project like it’s their own project making sure everything is done correctly and ahead of when it needs to be completed.
